Here's how to enter our Back to You beauty makeover search. Please read all. 1. Write us an email about why you should be chosen. This email should be no longer than 300 words. Please include either a photo or a video link on YouTube that clearly shows you. You can submit a maximum of three photos. If you choose a video submission, we still require a brief email stating why you would like to receive a beauty makeover. Send all emails to: backtoyou@smartnow.com. Submisssions without a photo or video will be disqualified. If you are a finalist, your photo or your video will be posted on SmartNow.com for voting. When you submit your email to us, you are automatically authorizing us to post your photo or video on our site for voting. 2. We must receive your email by 11:59 p.m. PST on Aug. 15, 2008. 3. The email must specify how you would like to be contacted. You will be notified by email or phone the week of Aug. 18, 2008. 4. Finalists will be contacted for a phone interview the week of Aug. 22. Their photos or videos will be put on the SmartNow website. Visitors to SmartNow.com will be encouraged to vote on their favorite beauty makeover woman. Visitor voting will count for 50% of how the winner will be chosen. 5. You must be available to travel to NYC on 9/8-9/10/08 for your makeover. 6. You will be required to sign a release form that allows us to use your before and after photos on our website. The release form is available upon request. Further, you may be asked to appear on a NYC television show on either 9/9/08 or 9/10/08. Any finalist who does not agree to appear on television will be eliminated. 7. The following expenses will be paid for: 2 round trip flights to NYC, stay at a hotel in NYC for two nights, money for meals (a maximum of $100/day/person), transportation to and from the airport and all services provided by our experts, including some exquisite new wardrobe pieces. YES, THAT'S RIGHT! TWO ROUND TRIP FLIGHTS TO NYC. ENTER AND BRING YOUR BEST FRIEND. IT'S TIME FOR SOME 'BACK TO YOU' FUN. 8. Applicants must reside in the continental U.S. All state laws apply in this contest.
