Chef Alison Anton is a certified nutritional chef, food writer and culinary instructor. She received certification as a nutritional chef and nutrition educator through Bauman College. Alison is a community leader and teaches cooking and nutrition classes through the Whole Foods Market Salud Cooking School throughout Northern California and the Ashland Food Cooperative in southern Oregon. She writes a quarterly eLetter and blog, both titled “Natural Cooking,” featuring food articles, recipes and culinary inspiration. Alison is a member of Slow Food USA, the movement that works to promote the diverse cultural food traditions of this country. She supports local organic farmers and fair trade food products.
